Retirement of Partners
1. We have the honour to inform you of the retirement from this firm of Mr. T. Toyoda, He is retiring solely on account of serious advice from his physician, who recommends him a warmer climate if his life is to be preserved.
2. It is not without regret that I write to inform you of my retirement from business, but as I am now getting on in years, I have decided to spend at least part of the autumn of my life in the quiet of my native place.
3. It is with regret that I have to inform you that as the infirmity of age compelling me to take special care of my health, I have decided to retire from business.
4. We have to inform you that we have retired from business, and that we have transferred every thing connected with our firm to Messrs. Yamamoto & Co.
5. Permit us to communicate to you that an alteration is to take place on the 30th May. On that day, Our Mr. Y. Hayama will retire, and the establishment thenceforward will be carried on by the remaining partners, under the style of Yamao, Ozaki & Co.
6. I inform you that I have this day retired from the business carried on by Mr. Gotoh and myself in partnership.
7. I have to announce to you that my partner, Mr. Murai, has made up his mind to retire, and accordingly this business will henceforth be conducted by myself alone, trading under my own name.
8. We inform you that, on and after the 1st February, our partner, Mr. R.S. John, retires from the firm, and that the business will be carried on, as heretofore, by Mr. Herman and Mr. Brown under the style of "Herman, Brown & Co."
9. We notify you that Mr. O. Koyama has now left our service, and ahs therefore no authority to collect accounts or take order son our behalf.
10. We inform you that Mr. Takai has retired from our firm through bad health, and in future our business will be carried on under the style of Yahata & Co.
11. We inform you the tour President, Mr. Bowles, who through poor health, has for some time past ceased to take active part in the management, will retire altogether from business.
12. We have the honour to inform you of the retirement from this firm of Mr. H.S.
13. It is not without regret that I write to inform you of my retirement from business.
14. We advise you that Mr. J.L., who has represented our firm for some time past, is no longer in our employ, and has no authority of act on our behalf in any capacity whatsoever.
15. Notice is hereby given that Mr. W.R.L. retires this day by mutual consent, from the firm of H.B. & Co.
