用途及特點(diǎn):
BBJH-01肥料加工成套設(shè)備，簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)摻混攪拌機(jī)，它是吸收國(guó)內(nèi)外固體制肥技術(shù)，結(jié)合我國(guó)國(guó)情研制的新一代實(shí)用型肥料加工設(shè)備，根據(jù)肥料銷(xiāo)售不同地區(qū)土壤養(yǎng)分狀況、作物需肥，特點(diǎn)和目標(biāo)產(chǎn)量，計(jì)算出不同養(yǎng)分的需要量及比例，機(jī)械混合后，一般不經(jīng)過(guò)特殊包裝，能長(zhǎng)時(shí)間堆放，直接送到田間使用。
摻混法摻混肥料對(duì)基礎(chǔ)肥料總的要求是粒度均勻，水分含量低，顆粒強(qiáng)度好，貯藏時(shí)不結(jié)塊，用于摻混肥料的原料肥料，粒徑的一致性，不但要求粒徑上下限數(shù)值一致，而且要求他們有相似的粒狀分布，因此，在肥料進(jìn)行摻混前對(duì)不同原料的顆粒粒徑分布進(jìn)行分析是保證摻混肥質(zhì)量的一個(gè)重要步驟。
該設(shè)備設(shè)計(jì)新穎，實(shí)用性強(qiáng)，它主要是提升上料系統(tǒng)，高精度混合系統(tǒng)、貯存系統(tǒng)機(jī)架、電控系統(tǒng)等組成，可自流包裝，連續(xù)生產(chǎn)等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。
