用途及特點(diǎn)：
它以尿素為主要氮源，通過溶解槽熔融尿素以噴漿的方式與鮮料返料混合，在造粒過程中尿液既是一種原料，又作液相、粘結(jié)劑參與造粒，并提供一定的熱量加熱物料，使造粒水分達(dá)到最低，便于成球與烘干過程的進(jìn)行。
該工藝使得原本比較難控制的高尿配方生產(chǎn)過程變得異常簡單，而且產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量有很大改善，產(chǎn)量可提高近30%，N含量23%－25%。同時也增強(qiáng)了肥料的顆粒強(qiáng)度及圓潤度。
本設(shè)備為不銹鋼制品，產(chǎn)量2－20萬噸，也可進(jìn)行老生產(chǎn)線升級改造。
