三方即出口商、中間商、進(jìn)口商簽訂兩份契約。中間商與進(jìn)口商簽訂的契
約，稱(chēng)第一份契約。依第一份契約所開(kāi)具的信用證稱(chēng)原信用證（
Original Letter of Credit），亦稱(chēng)主信用證（Prime Letter of Credit）。
另外，中間商與出口商簽訂契約，稱(chēng)第二份契約，依第二份契約開(kāi)具的信
用證，稱(chēng)背靠背信用證（Back-to-Back Letter of credit），亦稱(chēng)附屬信用證
（Subsidiary Letter of Credit）。
憑原受益人提示于×年×月×日×××銀行（原信用證的開(kāi)證銀行）開(kāi)立
的第×××號(hào)原信用證規(guī)定的單據(jù)之后，才兌付背靠背信用證項(xiàng)下的匯票。
